Dubai is planning to have Nuclear Power, and why not? I support that idea.
In fact I would like to have my own nuclear arsenal behind my house under construction at Omalloor Kerala India to protect ourselves.
Since India is already a nuclear power, it would be economical for Dubai to form an alliance with India in that regard, which is beneficial to both Dubai & India.
